AUTOCAD FOR WOODWORKERS

Make immediate improvements in your daily use of AutoCAD — from improving your speed with time saving techniques, to integrating the new Architectural Woodwork Standards into your drawings, to expanding your knowledge of AutoCAD capabilities such as dynamic blocks, fields, and 3D drawings. This fast-paced course will cover basic through advanced topics, with depth and breadth determined by attendees’ abilities.

Attendees are highly encouraged to bring a laptop with AutoCAD installed, but it is not required.

Instructor

Christopher McVey of Resource: Engineering, Inc., an experienced woodwork detailer, is the course instructor. In addition to his detailing experience for a wide variety of clients and project types, Chris was AutoCAD’s Ask The Expert for July 2009, and is an AutoCAD alpha and beta tester.

Board Meeting

All Chapter members are welcome to attend.
